Our team brings together different backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise, united by one purpose: to help men rebuild their lives through the truth of God's Word. From ministry and chaplaincy to criminal justice and firsthand experience with incarceration and restoration, our leadership understands the challenges many of the men we serve face.

More Than a Ministry Team

Our Board of Directors includes experienced leaders with backgrounds in chaplaincy, ministry, criminal justice, and lived experience with incarceration. These different perspectives help us understand the men we serve and the challenges they face as they work toward restoration. We believe experience matters. So does faith. By bringing both together, we can provide men with guidance that is practical, personal, and grounded in Scripture.
